What is the best filler to correct a too sloped/curved nose (after rhinoplasty)?

I had a rhinoplasty ten+ years ago. While I am happy with my nose, it is very ski slope, which is very cute but I feel it would be nicer if it were just straight and the bridge slightly thinner (it used to be slightly raised so it's already great). I also feel I have a slight amount of excess skin each side of the bridge, which could be absorbed. I think this can be done with a filler and is a fairly easy procedure. Any advice on which injectable? Or any other advice?

Seems like you have a suture granuloma.It is also in a tricky place.Make sure your rhinoplasty surgeon sees it and treats it.Otherwise you may end up with an unwanted scar and nostril asymmetry.Good luck. Dr. G

Typically, nasal bones heal 7-10 days after a fracture.For this reason, we prefer doing closed nasal reduction within this time period.After 5 weeks, the bones will be well healed.In order to reduce a displaced fracture, osteotomie (cuts on the bone) will have to be done.Good luck.Dr. G

Hello.So the answer to your question is yes, your nose can be improved.This is an augmentation rhinoplasty, which is tougher than a reductive rhinoplasty.Your nose will need to be lengthened and additionally supported with cartilage grafts from your septum, and possibly your ears and/or ribs...
