Cold weather will not harm transferred fat. Obviously patients should avoid conditions where they could suffer actual frost bite. But in those conditions the nose and ears would be far more likely to be effected before the facial areas where fat is placed.

I suggest a formal consult this can be camoflaged by fillers, it can be injected with kybella to remove it or liposuctioned, possibly surgically removed if it is a large lump/granuloma, or injected with steroid/5FU. This needs a formal assessment.
