Thank you for your question and photos. Swelling after fat grafting and Vaser is normal. The swelling should improve after 3-4 days and the residual swelling may persist for 2-4 weeks after the procedure. If the swelling balloons up and becomes more and more asymmetric, that is abnormal and that may be due to a hematoma/ infection and you should seek medical attention immediately. Best wishes!
