Fat redistribution in face?

Question

Is it possible to redistribute the fat in my cheeks without adding any? I just want more evenness. I want a slimmer face. When I smile my cheeks are chubby so no more fat transfers. I have chubby cheeks and light nasolabial folds. From an angle, some fat loss is visible mid-cheek area. I have had fat transfer to my face over 5 years ago. I do not want anymore fat or fillers in my face because my cheeks are chubby.

I suggest a formal consultation to see what is best for you.  In some ways you may need filler to reshape your face or botox to change the jawline shape.  But you may require surgery (buccal fat pad removal) or implants to restructure.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Anywhere there is excessive subcutaneous fat on the face and neck can be reduced with micro cannula liposuction.

Thanks for question but its really hard to answer online without at least seeing pictures and knowing what you've had done in the past.  In general, it is hard to "redistribute" fat around the face and usually we're either removing or adding volume (sometimes the combination can occur).  You need a consultation to learn about your options.
