Question

Hi. My hair started to thin about 2 and a half years ago and it was very quick in the area behind my forehead. It fell for a few months then stopped but never grew back. It's the same as it was 2 years ago. Also noticed some thinning in the chest and arms during that period but it grew back on the arms. A couple of patches left on the chest where small folicles cand be seen. All males in my family have thick hair. Had blood checks done by an endocrinologist on All hormones and all came out ok.

Thanks for your photos. First you should visit a dermatologist who has also experience in hair loss. 
Some medications should be taken like Finesteride or Minoxidil .If the hairloss does not stop than another option can be a hair transplantation.

You will need somebody to do an in person assessment on your hair loss and then create a restoration plan that is right for you. I would say that you could try some PRP treatments and see what results you get. and Minoxidil and Finasteride are also always great ways to slow down hair loss. Your biggest enemy is the progressive thinning leading to a
balding pattern that is not evident at this point in time. The degree of
thinning that you are experiencing would suggest that you should see a
doctor who most likely will get Bulk Measurements of your hair to
determine the degree of the thinning that you are presently having. If the
diagnosis is early genetic hair loss (the most common cause of hair loss
in young men), then the best treatment would be the drug finasteride which
is highly effective in men of your age and may not only stop the hair loss
but possibly reverse it. If you are developing a more advanced balding
pattern the best test to get will determine the Bulk Measurements of your
hair and this will show, over a one-year time frame, how effective the
treatment will be. Once you know this information, then you and your
doctor need to develop a MASTER PLAN which will define what you need to do
over the years to come.
