Is it okay to go swimming after explant?

Your plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to returning to specific activities after removal of breast implants. He/she will know exactly how you are progressing and whether or not you have experienced any complications. Generally speaking, given the relatively easy recovery after breast implant removal, patients are able to return to non-competitive swimming 3 weeks after surgery, assuming no  complications.
