I would recommend waiting 4-6 weeks after your tummy tuck for waxing to help prevent any disturbance with your healing.

Hello,Although admirable, saline dressing changes only help when the dead tissue is removed first. Now that you have had this done, you will see the necessary changes to the wound that will allow it to heal.  It should start looking pink to red, and granular.  It will bleed easily...

It's common to have some "spitting sutures" after a tummy tuck.  Make sure you follow up closely with your plastic surgeon.
