My temporalis muscle makes my head bulge out over the ears, can Botox make it smaller? (photos)

Question

on the pictures my head bulges out above my ears, a little more on my left side than the right, it gives my head more of a rounded shape which i do not like and i keep thinking about it all the time. Would botox in the temporalis be able to shrink the bulging by maybe a few mm? (Yes my hair was shaved on the sides on this school photo) Hair covers it up but it doesn't look that great because my muscle is very close to my forehead and my hairline isn't that low. Im only 18 btw. Sorry for quality

Yes, Botox injected into the temporalis muscles between your eye and hairline should decrease the size by a few mm so that your head shape is less concave and more straight. About 20 units per side should help.

Hi, when you smile, the temporarily does appear to contract creating a bit of a convex shape.  It's really not that noticeable and more so because the hair is so short on that area.  In theory Botox (Xeomin or Dysport), should be able to reduce the Temporals size as it does for the Masseter muscle.Hope this helps.
