Is it possible by surgery to make vein on bicep muscle visible? /Patrik, Stockholm, Sweden

I work out a lot and have less than 10% body fat and on my right biceps a big vein show along the entire muscle but not on my left arm. Is it possible by surgery to make a similar vein visible on my left arm also?
