I had or even have had(?) a massive varicocele since I was 15. I had embolization at 18. I'm now 21. As to puberty, I have always been late, e.g. any axilliary hair could not be seen any sooner than 17 and a half und even today I actually have no facial hair worth mentioning. My penis is a bit shorter than 3.4 inches. Can this all be caused by a varicocele, that may still be partially there and that was treated comparatively late Can this varicocele have set damage to the development of my body?

Brusing after sclerotherapy can be reduced with Bruise Balm. Hyperpigmentation that follows should be addressed with topical creams (Sclerovase and Scleroquin plus).H Karamanoukian MD FACS

This type of bruising will likely result in hyperpigmentation. I recommend Scleovase topical cream and Scler-X.H Karamanoukian MD FACS

In patients with thin skin, chest veins can become more apparent. The good news is that they can be treated with foam sclerotherapy with great success.H Karamanoukian MD FACScertified vein specialist (ABVLM)
