I would like to know if it is possible to cut down the malar fat pad or to completely remove it. I am not referring to the buccal fat pad but to the fat pad located higher. I did not find many informations about it. But I could see that RF Technology would help. How does it work? In the picture I have attached, it is the letter B or J. Thank you for your answers.
