Do I really need a bichectomy?

Im 19, ive had big cheeks all my life. My family as well, and they had a rounded face all their lives (it didnt slim with age) and in my case, even after loosing weight my face was still rounded. I have a ver trusted plastic surgeon, that told me I am a candidate for this surgery but I would very much aprecciate a second opinión. Si facial parálisis a real risk in this surgery? How will it afect the proportions of my face? Is this the right choice for me? Thank you!!

Big cheeks (chubby cheeks)  are frequently also caused by enlarged buccal fat pads. Buccal fat pads are commonly resistant to decrease in size with diet and excercise.Very often they run in families and never decrease in size. Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that helps to decrease the size of the big cheeks, thus helping to achieve a more define chiseled facial look. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas.
