In some cases you may lose one or two grafts after surgery.  If you have bleeding from an area it may be a sign.

Some grafts may become dislodged after a procedure. To prevent further loss, be sure to follow all pre-op instructions carefully. If you have any other concerns, consult with your hair specialist. 

If you have punctate bleeding in the recipient area during the first several days after hair transplant surgery- FUE or FUT you likely have lost a graft. In the whole scheme of your transplant, the loss of one or two grafts will not be noticeable. These usually dry out quickly and are not replantable.
