Every surgeon has their own postoperative regimen. Follow your surgeons recs. I would use Plato's Scar Serum on the scar thereafter. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

It is probably safe to remove this dressing 3 days post lipoma excision. Apply Scar Serum to reduce scarring and avoid sun exposure to prevent hyperpigmentation of the wound.
