I have a lipoma the ER told me that it is pushing a nerve near c6c7 cervical vert..i have no insurance and can't use my right arm and hand what do i do to get it removed on some kind of payment plan

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  The only way that the ER could diagnose that is with an MRI, and I would bet that the lipoma is within the soft tissues of your back, not compressing against your nerve roots, which are much deeper.  I would recommend seeing a hand and upper extremity specialist in consultation for the inability to use your right arm and hand and a plastic surgeon for removal of the lipoma with a small in-office procedure.  Many offices will allow you to make small payments towards the procedure until the balance is paid off, then will remove the lipoma or you can look into financing the procedure through an agency like CareCredit.  Hope this helps.
