Does the surgeon him/herself do this OR is this something than a medical illustrator/artist does. Does the simulation also help the surgeon with steps he needs to perform to achieve the vision? What software do doctors use to simulate Rhinoplasty results? Is a measurement/analysis of the nose performed and a vision created before the surgery?

Answer: Rhinoplasty Many surgeons do computer simulations or have a staff member do it. I do something simpler. I take a photo in profile and print the picture. Then I use a pencil to demonstrate the alterations in the nose on profile. I think it more closely resembles what is actually done during surgery
