I have a pucker below my lower lip, when I smile it goes away. I’ve had it for several years, but appears more prominent since loosing weight. Can fillers even this out?

Hello,
Thank you for your question. The likelihood of filler migration in the outer orbital rim area is generally low when the procedure is performed by an experienced and skilled injector. The anatomy of the outer orbital rim provides a stable foundation for the filler, which helps minimize...
Fillers are a great tool for softening the appearance of nasolabial folds. You could consider filler in the cheek area as well to better define facial contours. We always recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day to keep skin healthy.
If you wish you can have the filler dissolved. You can consider other treatments for scars such as Morpheus8. This combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Visit my website or a provider near you to learn more.
