5 months post op anchor lift and 355 cc implant hp under muscle. Why don’t my boobs look like what I wanted?

I get this problem all of the time.  Typically, its from women who went with high profile implants.  This is a problem because while they project more, they are narrow at the base and can have widening effect on cleavage.  The second most common problem is incomplete release of the pectoralis muscle medially. Many surgeons don't take the time to make this right.  If you're not happy with your results I would suggest you to discuss it with your plastic surgeon.

Thanks for the question. 5 months is still early to say something. You should wait more 4-6 weeks. Because 6-12 months is enough time to see the permanent results for the breast lift operation. I wish you all the best.

because when patient want faker looks, it changes what is recommended from a lift augmentation to a reduction augmentation but patients have to be fully informed of what risks they must accept for this. If you are falling sideways, a major revision is needed to help reconstruction your pocket and to shore up the lateral side.  In my practice, that means you're wearing a cut out underwire bra 24/7 for 6-8 weeks.  But you should talk to your surgeon and take advantage of any revision policy he/she has.
