Thank you for your question and photos.  I can see what you are referring to regarding your ear lobes.  The scarring has caused some distortion of the shape with a "sunken in" appearance, more so on the left than the right ear lobe.  Sometimes the scar needs to be re-excised and sutured together if there is a large opening, but that does not appear to be the case for you from these photos.  The appearance of your ear lobes likely can be improved by performing subcision to release the scar and injecting your body's own fat into the ear lobe.  Fat grafting will add volume to the areas that have been depressed by scar and keep them from sinking back down again, and the results are permanent.  Transferred fat is believed to contain stem cells that also help rejuvenate the scarred tissue.  The added volume will give a more youthful, voluminous appearance.  For more information, I have published an article on fat grafting to the ear lobe entitled "Ear Lobule Rejuvenation in Face-Lifting: The Role of Fat Augmentation" in an open-access plastic surgery medical journal.  I would recommend a face-to-face or virtual consult to better evaluate your concerns.
