Bio Oil or Silicone Gel Scar Treatment?

I just had a breast reduction 1 week ago and am looking into scar treatments for a couple of weeks time. I have been told by everyone to use bio oil but have also read good things about silicone gel. Which is better? Also I need to massage my breast but how do you do this using silicone gel... as the ones I have seen from online shops instruct to put the cream on the scars and leave for 5 minutes to dry where as I can see how you can massage the whole breast using bio oil?

Although I can not feel the weight of your breasts, based on your photos, I think removing the 480 gms required by your insurance company, should get you to a mid C cup. Again, looking at your frame based on your photos, I also do not think this will be too small for your frame. Good luck!...
