Will the crease/fold caused by stitches go away?

While it is not possible to give you a definitive answer without at least a photo, sutures placed under the skin can cause slight puckering and creasing of the skin.  This will resolve over 4-6 months as the sutures are absorbed and the scar tissue relaxes.  Any additional concerns should be addressed to your plastic surgeon.
