My belly button frowns :( Why? Candidate for tummy tuck? (Photo)

Question

So I really don't like the shape of my belly button it frowns :( why? And what solution could there be to fix this? I would like to have a normal belly button either circular or long and skinny like an oval

A more expansive view as well as a profile view would provide much needed information.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of

It is not possible to determine form your photo if you need a tummy tuck.  A thorough examination may 
reveal that you have increased skin laxity,  which would give a nice 
full tummy tuck result.A skillful plastic surgeon can create 
outstanding looking belly buttons. Many surgeons may not have the 
experience or take the time in surgery to produce a great looking belly

Your sad belly button can be corrected with either an abdominoplasty or umbilicoplasty procedure depending on how much loose skin you have in your abdomen. An in person consultation would be best for you to discuss the options with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

As part of and abdominoplasty the umbilicus is refashion. I don't think it's prudent to go through this substantial operation solely for this purpose. And umbilical plastic could be performed to change the appearance of the umbilicus but make certain you understand the trade-offs.

No way to give a complete answer without an exam and the photos are so limited in scope they are not that helpful. Options are a tummy tuck if you have loose skin of the upper and lower abdomen, or an umbilicoplasty to reshape the belly button if a TT is not necessary.
