Is There Surgery to Create a Crease in the Center of the Lower Lip Like Angelina Jolie?

I know her lips are natural, but I was wondering, is it possible to get surgery to make that crease in the center of the lip? What would need to be done, like maybe lip reduction but only in the center?

With feminization I refine the nose, brows, chin, cheeks, and Adam's apple. Masculinization depends on what the patient already has in their facial features. Making the chin and nose larger, as well as dropping high brows and making the cheeks larger will do this.

The answer to your question is yes and no.  Yes, you will probably "need" another facelift in the future if you desire to continue looking good and agin gracefully.  Your face will not stop aging and so you will eventually probably get to the point of dissatisfaction but every patient is diff...

It is hard to answer your question without photos, but often times patients do have fat loss after a facelift and can benefit from using Sculptra Aesthetic.  Make sure you go to an experienced Sculptra injector.

In the USA we have Mentor and Allergan implants.  Both companies make excellent implants and both have thorough evaluation by the FDA for approval for cosmetic use.  My suggestion would be to have your surgeon use the implants that he/she is most familiar using.   Good luck...

Swelling and scar under the chin area are major issues post facelift surgery. The healing in sub mental area is very slow causing prolonged edema, in some instances it require steroid injections to reduce the duration of this swelling.
