Is It Possible to Have Surgery to Get Asian Eyes/Asian Feautures?

So I'm mixed, European/Asian/Middle Eastern and I really like the look of monolids, or "Asian Eyes". Also I was wondering if it was possible to get smaller lips? I know people get surgeries done to make their lips bigger etc but I'm more interested in smaller lips, it's cuter :3 Basically I just really like Asian features, especially Japanese or Koreans.
