I Have Allergies Which Caused my Upper Left Eyelid to Swell. After the Swelling Went Down There Were a Large Amount of Wrinkles?

At age 20 I cannot imagine you have so much sun damage that you have a lot of wrinkles on your eyelid skin. Post-edema wrinkling may take a few months to fully resolve. I would give a few more weeks of doing nothing before I initiate any sort of wrinkle treatment, such as topical retin-a, renova, other skin rejuvenating creams, or other laser procedures. I wouldthink your post blepharitis swelling will contribute to some wrinkling, but time will improve this tremendously. Just give it more time.

These will probably go away on their own, especially since you are young.  It may not look like that now, but healing takes time.  You see something like this and think it will stay that way forever, but it gradually goes away.  Ever been bruised?  Didn't it fade away?
