I've wanted to have this procedure for a long time, as it's been an insecurity of mine since my mid-teens. I want to have this done by someone experienced who can perform it safely, naturally, + beautifully. Could you tell me how you would perform the surgery on me? I am cis-female--I know that there are women have larger forehead bones--I just want to soften/harmonize mine. I want to make sure I'm on the same page with a surgeon in my candidacy before I move forward with a consultation

The approach depends on a few factors that are discussed during consultation but can be done through a hairline incision or further posterior on the scalp where it may be less conspicuous.

This is a procedure I invented 50 years ago and I’ve done more than 5000 on transgender as well as sis females. Hair grows thru the scar so there is no obvious scar. Look for a surgeon who does this procedure and can show you photos of numerous patients with the hair pulled straight back. This allows the entire brow to be adjusted and not just the outer part as with a temporal brow lift!
