Would brow bone reduction help my eye hollows be less pronounced? (Photo)

What are your suggestions for my sunken eyes? Getting tired of just seeing black,skeletal eye holes in overhead pictures. Also just had a rhinoplasty, and the surgeon was supposed to correct the bridge hump, but I don't think he did ANYthing to shave it down, so perhaps a revision rhinoplasty is in order as well?

If this is bone we can readily address this by reducing the bone. Takes about 90 minutes overall and is a highly successful procedure. But if it is quite new it may be worth getting an x-ray or CT scan. We are glad to look at the images.

This is not a good place for filler. The most complications occur right there. However, from what I can see in this one photo you may have prominent bone. That ridge needs to be removed surgically. This takes about 90 minutes and will address loose skin as well.

Hello, hope you are well. Malignant hyperthermia is caused by very specific anesthetic drugs. Brow bone reduction is a procedure that is done under general anesthesia. You can have the procedure done under general anesthesia with the avoidance of drugs that trigger MH. Best, Dr. Tower
