Presence of fullness next to the corners of the mouth, specially unchanged post buccal far removal could be secondary to multiple causes. Some of the potential causes are accumulation of subcutaneous fat in that area, enlarged modiolus ( area of junction of all the muscles that make the mouth to move during a smile, and or excess of skin/skin laxity. Therefore, depending on the course, one or more plastic surgery procedures may be performed.

From your photos it appears you have some fullness in that area. You may wish to consider minimal liposuction to the area. You may also consider Silhouette face threads which can be retentioned over time to give you a desired effect. This is less invasive and allows an element of control of when you wish to tighten the threads. I think you are referring to some fullness in your jowl area. This unfortunately is not easily fixable. You can't liposuction that area because of nerves. For younger people like yourself sometimes neck lipo can help tighten that area. Otherwise you can consider a PDO thread.
