I recently underwent Buccal fat removal as it was recommended to me by a surgeon. My main concern was a projection of fat outwards next to my mouth. This bothered me especially in pictures. I wanted to achieve a smooth contour where there is a bump next to my mouth on both sides. After the procedure my face has just become thinner and more chiseled, but my area of concern is still there, as the area of fat that was treated is not the one I was bothered by. Is there a way to smooth this? Thanks!
