Buccal fat and weight loss - What happens to my mid face and check bone area if I lose weight?

With changes in body weight, the results of buccal fat removal could be enhanced of masked. With weight loss, the overall face looses volume, therefore making the results of the buccal fat removal more defined. With weight gain, the increase in the volume of the soft tissues of the face ( non-buccal fat pad fat ), then the results of buccal fat removal will be masked. 
Changes in the weight do not alter the cheek bones. Only agin makes the cheek bones to be less prominent with is one of the causes of facial aging, 

One should be at the ideal and stable body weight prior to buccal fat removal. If you have a large weight loss you cheeks can look extra sunken in and hollowed out. That does not mean you can't get the removal but rather that you should be at your ideal body weight and then still think you have round cheeks.
