You can certainly have this procedure after rhinoplasty. I would suggest waiting 2 weeks.
Buccal Fat Pad Removal is a short one hour procedure that can be performed in the office with just local anesthetic like novocaine or under general anesthesia for patients...
The results of buccal fat removal and botox to the masseter are NOT interchangeable. It means that if you do Botox to the masseter to correct chubby cheeks, it won't spare from undergoing buccal fat removal.
Botox to the masseter only corrects the fillers of the lower POSTERIOR cheeks....
Buccal Fat Pad removal is a very safe procedure in the hands of a skilled and experience surgeon who does it routinely. Caution should be taken to avoid nerve damage, bleeding, and asymmetry.
