Different eyes after intern browpexy 6 weeks ago. (photos)

After 6 weeks intern browpexy the eyes are different . the eye thats too small has always felt tighter after the operation, after how many months a recovery operation is possible ? i not understand the problem also can someone see what might be wrong? thanks for helping so far Regards
