Hi I’m a 28 year old female. My weight up and down has caused my inner thighs to sag. I do not want to get surgery, I don’t think they’re too bad to need it. What procedure can I undergo to help tighten the skin. I’ve done cool sculpting. Didn’t work. I didn’t only 1 session of Morpheus, didn’t see much. Please help me. This is the only body part I’m really insecure about. I also have muscular legs.
Answer: Reunion / J Plasma The absolute best procedure you can do for tightening without having to cut out. The skin is a combination of internally and deeply doing the Renuvion device by APYX medical or the Bodytite device by Inmode and combining that superficially with the Morpheus 8. The Morpheus does work, but it takes several rounds usually around 3 to 4.

Answer: Skin tightening You may want to consider BodyTite. This minimally invasive treatment uses RF technology but above and just under the skin surface to tighten lax skin. You can also consider Aveli to address cellulite. This is a one time treatment that specifically targets the bands creating the dimpled look. Visit my website or a provider near you to learn more.

Answer: Morpheus8 is recommended to do no less than 3 sessions in order to see major results. Recommend keeping up with the treatment Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Non-Surgical Options for Sagging Inner-Thighs I understand your concerns and the desire to avoid surgical options. There are several non-surgical procedures that can help tighten sagging skin on the inner thighs. Here are some options you might consider: ### 1. **Radiofrequency (RF) Treatments** RF treatments use energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin. Examples include: - **Thermage**: A single-session treatment that can provide noticeable results, though it may take a few months to see the full effect. - **Exilis**: A series of treatments that combine RF and ultrasound to target skin laxity and fat. ### 2. **Laser Skin Tightening** Laser treatments can also stimulate collagen production and tighten loose skin. Examples include: - **Fraxel**: Uses fractional laser technology to rejuvenate the skin and improve its texture. - **Nd:YAG Laser
