My right eyelid is smaller and thinner than my left one, which makes my right eyelid more hooded. It is especially prominent when I smile. My right eyelid also appears more retracted.I don't think this is because of the muscle, because I think my right eyelid just has less skin/fat than the left eyelid. This is not because of ptosis or a disease, it was just because I rubbed my right eyelid too much. If I have to get surgery for this, I would only like an operation on my right eye.

According to your pictures, there is an obvious asymmetry in between left and right eyelids. Secondary blepharoplasty surgery can be done to fix this issue.
