Why do I have vertical lines on forehead long after Botox wore off as well as lumps and dents? Would filler fix this? (Photos)

this is typically from sleeping over time develops with aging.  botox doesn't make better because this is at rest not with movement. you will see these more when the botox wears off , so filler, lasers and microneedling RF are needed to help improve these.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Based upon your submitted photos, I do think you would benefit from a dermal filler in the vertical lines.  It appears the bumpiness can be related to possibly some loss of fat around the area making what you see look bumpy.  The vertical lines itself are likely due to the ongoing contraction of the extended glabella muscles which allow for frowning.   I would recommend a formal evaluation to better understand this and to discuss your treatment options. 

These lines are probably related to either muscle compensation after Botox treatment or sleep position. Botox maybe used to relax these lines if they are due to muscle compensation. 

You would need a formal evaluation by an experienced provider to address your concerns.  From your photos it would appear that the issues you describe are not related to the botox or dynamic wrinkles.  You would probably benefit from dermal fillers, microneedling or laser resurfacing to smooth out the area.  You would need to continue with botox treatments for dynamic wrinkles (lines that appear with movement).

A formal in-office consultation would be necessary to determine the best treatment modality.I would think filler injections by an experienced physician should take care of your concern.
