Thank you for your question and photograph. It does appear to be a very small area of alopecia along the back of your head, and if there is no dermatological reason for it, the area can be removed but you need to know the risks. Surgery to remove it will cause a scar to be present and may cause damage to the surrounding hair follicles which could also leave a small area of non-hair growing skin.
