I have had two online consultations with two surgeons in Istanbul, Turkey. Based on my photos and a video call, both believe that I would be a suitable candidate for buccal fat removal rather than chin implant. However, my concern is not the buccal fat pad area, but the area below it, along the jawline and masseter area. What should I do?
