I have trauma from this scar and it affects my self esteem. It used to be flatter but with age it feels more and more prominent. When I smile it’s less noticeable which is why I had the first scar revised. I’ve used fillers (not enough) and lasers which have done hardly anything. There is one section in particular I would like some skin taken from but I don’t know what the best procedure or steps would be. The original surgeon offered to fix it back when it healed but I was too afraid. It is revised by z-plasty one year after initial scar.
