Based on this photo, there are multiple factors causing the "deep wrinkles, fallen facial areas, deep lines around mouth". Although laxity (which you see as loose skin) is certainly one of those factors, we are also seeing loss of volume and support from structures under your skin, which is contributing to the downward shift and those deeper folds. Morpheus 8 can help you with the laxity by stimulating new collagen production, increasing skin quality, and tightening, to an extent, over series of treatments, but it won't replace your lost volume, and it can't reposition your skin (that is facelift territory). Imagine a mattress that has been slept on in the same spots for 45 years and now you can see the indentations or areas with the most use. This is the structure under your skin. The sheet that started out fitted is now looser after 45 years and can't tuck in anymore the way it was when new. No matter how unwrinkled the sheet on top, you will still be able to see unevenness. If you increase the skin quality (example a thin blanket over the top) it will do a better job of hiding these hills and valleys but it still won't hide the fallen areas since it just lays on top. Depending on how much improvement you want to achieve and your expectations, I think you'd be a great surgical candidate if you wanted to choose that path. However, if minimally invasive is your preference, then you would have a better result by combining Morpheus8 (at least 4-6 sessions) with other treatments such as fillers or fat transfer to address volume loss.
