I am about one year post up and have developed capsular contracture it in my right breast. My doctor prescribed Allocate. Based on my pictures do you think that this is something that can be resolved with the medicine or do you think I will have to have another surgery? Do you think that being on this medication my breast will return to normal and drop or will it stay hard and high riding? Thank you.

The gold standard it total scar capsule removal and a new implant, going under the muscle if you aren't there already. Additional materials ie Strattice have been promoted by many but I have seen several folks come to me with that who still made CC again so I am not a fan of that.
