How plausible is long-lasting discoloration after Kybella?

In the patients that I have treated with Kybella, none have developed long-lasting discoloration. So, I would say that long-lasting discoloration is unlikely to occur after Kybella treatment. I have only used Kybella under the chin.

Hello! Bruising after Kybella should be expected and typically lasts 1-3 weeks. It is FDA approved for the submittal fat or "double chin." Although it is commonly used off-label around the pre-jowl area, I would not suggest using this product in the chin or cheeks. Best of luck!
