What do I need - chin and mandibular angle fillers (possibly chin implant?) and or/rhino? (Photos)

I think a small chin implant would look nice and small dorsal hump reduction would really balance out the face. You might also consider some minimal fat grafting to the cheeks. If you want the jawline to improve you might do well with some Renuvion or Facetite with lipo to the neck. Hope that helps!
