Orbital Fracture Correction (photo)

Hi, I write to you because I need help for my situation. I had orbital fracture surgery 10 months ago, they actually did’nt use any implant but put collagen to let the bone grow itself i think, but i’m experiencing many problems. I’m concerned by the fact that I have a sunken eye, swelling that’s actually “hard” to touch on the temple region and like on the zygo idk how to explain and I have “soft” swelling in the cheek, one side of my face is more fat than the other, making me asymmetrical

The best alternative to enhance the volumen loss is fat grafting. i´d rather not use any filler due to the scaring and the low duration. The brow needs alignment and maybe the depressed scars will improve only with the grafting. David Guarin MD davidguarin.com
