I feel like I need plastic surgery I want it but I don’t know what to get! My face is oddly long with a flat side view and flat nose, I think worst of all I don’t even look symmetrical. I really wanna get plastic surgery but idk any procedures sum1 help please.

If your nose bothers you, a closed, rhinoplasty approach can accomplish building up the bridge line to give additional height from the side view, in addition to narrowing your bridgeline and refining the nasal tip from the front view. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Digital computer imaging would be helpful in the education process to understand what can be accomplished with your nose up upon your facial features.
