I am sorry you had to deal with those issues , It is hard to see what you mean by roughness based purely on the pictures provided. There are many things that can me done to improve the appearance of the area , if texture is the issue , some lasers can be used to improve the texture , if difference in volume is the issue fat grafting or filler can be used to make things more symmetrical . Other treatments can include tattooing faint areas to match color etc....I hope this helps, best of luck!
