4 years ago i went through a dog attack to my lips. Since then i’ve gotten two scar revision procedures which helped the overall appearance a little bit but due to scar tissue (i believe?) the one side of my lip that was effected in the bite looks way rougher. it’s one of my biggest insecurities about it, i was wondering if there’s anything that can be done to make it appear smoother?

I'm sorry to hear about this formation of bomb on your forehead. This can easily be removed. Incisions are never "Scarless" but the incision can be hidden in areas so it's less perceptible. The best way to do in my 20 years of experiences is to place the incision slightly behind...
The best alternative to enhance the volumen loss is fat grafting. i´d rather not use any filler due to the scaring and the low duration. The brow needs alignment and maybe the depressed scars will improve only with the grafting.
