Say my weight stays consistent I neither can gain nor lose weight would I be okay to get 360 Lipo and sculpting on my body?

Thank you for your question. Without seeing pictures it's hard to determine what the proper procedure is. Liposuction is a great option to help remove some fat in areas and start contouring the area as well. It depends on how much extra skin there is and what area's you wish to improve. In regards to BMI, each Surgeon will have their own protocol they wish to follow when it comes to operating. In our practice there is no weight restriction. Obviously, the closer one is to their ideal weight, the better the outcome but that can also be achieved with weight loss after having liposuction. Interesting question. The short answer to your question is yes ! You can get liposuction done if your BMI is high, just make sure it is not to high (higher BMI higher risks). So a high BMI is something you and your surgeon need to address. And make sure liposuction is actually the procedure you need. A tummy tuck with lipo is usually a better option on female patients that are overweight. Sometimes liposuction alone is not worth doing because of the excess or loose skin. Remember liposuction only treats excess fat and may leave behind loose skin especially on the tummy and back rolls. This is actually more common in patients with high BMI.

If you are healthy enough for elective surgery, then you should be able to have liposuction done to remove excess fat. Depending upon the number of areas you wish treated and the amount of fat in each area will dictate if all can be done at one procedure or needs to be split into at least 2 sessions.

BMI is only one of the considerations when determining if a person is a candidate for liposuction. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. Your medical history will be reviewed as well as your goals for surgery. Your surgeon will determine if based on that information you are a good candidate. The majority of patients who get liposuction are moderately overweight.
You did not include enough information for us to make an assessment. To do that we need to see pictures and know your actual weight.
To put things in perspective I will tell you that most plastic surgeons will not remove more than 5 L of fat during a single procedure.
In Florida state law limits fat removal during a single Liposuction outpatient procedure to know more than 4 L of fat and if any other operation is done at the same time then the limitation is 1 L of fat.
A single liter of fat is about 2 pounds.
That means that removing 5 L so fat will add most remove 10 pounds of fat.
If for example someone is 70 pounds over their ideal weight and they have 10 pounds removed with Liposuction they’ll still be 60 pounds over their ideal weight.
For that type of obesity Liposuction becomes ineffective and in order to get real results patients need to have multiple rounds of liposuction.
High-volume liposuction tends to stimulate peoples brains to eat more and it’s not uncommon for people to come back after high-volume liposuction weighing exactly the same amount they did before the operation.
Granted the new weight gain may be in a slightly different fat distribution but generally speaking those who are significantly overweight should focus first on what the problem is which is obesity.
Liposuction is a procedure used to alter fat distribution. It is not a procedure to combat obesity.
Based on what you described it sounds like you need weight loss not Liposuction.
In general patients should be close to the ideal weight before considering liposuction though as substantial number of people are somewhat over ideal weight when getting the procedure.
Individuals who are 50 pounds or more over their ideal weight should probably not do liposuction.
