300cc, UTM, silicone - right implant not as round as other & nipple moved (Photos)

Question

I had a breast augmentation 9 months ago. I am 5'6 135 lbs. I started off as a 34a. I got 300 ccs UTM high profile sillicone. I had noticed after 2 months that my right implant was not as round as the other and my nipple had slightly moved. My surgeon told me it would take months for the drop & fluff to happen..and to get a better bra. Now it feels like that same right breast is lower and slipping towards my armpit. I am nervous that my surgeon will dismiss my concerns again.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You may have developed a capsule with the higher implant. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
