Looking to find the best fit for me. Im 23, a mother of 3 wonderful children and now that im not breastfeeding anymore im wanting implants since my breasts arent filling out anymore. Im 5'3" and a 36C but i want bigger. I was thinking 500cc teardrop but i want to go through the armpit so that my chest isnt scared. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Answer: Implants The 500 cc implants will be too large and heavy for your frame just based on your one photo and your height. also, such large implants are usually not placed through the armpit. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. If you go too large, your implants will not look good long term, with stretch and thin your tissue, and sag. Plus, they will be too heavy for your neck and shoulders.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
