I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. Unfortunately, your photographs is inadequate. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

The 500 cc implants will be too large and heavy for your frame just based on your one photo and your height. also, such large implants are usually not placed through the armpit. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. If you go too large, your implants will not look good long term, with stretch and thin your tissue, and sag. Plus, they will be too heavy for your neck and shoulders.

As a rule of thumb, a breast cup size is equal to 175cc.You are already a C-cup, a 350cc implant will probably take you to a DD.500cc will probably take you to a DDD.

The best place to begin is by scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you. As part of that visit measurements will be taken of your breasts. That information will be combined with your goals for surgery and implant recommendations will be made. In addition to volume, you'll discuss placement, type, style, and projection.

The proper way to choose breast implants is to forget all you know from the internet, forget teardrop 500's through the armpit where there will be a large scar if they are silicones, and go to a top plastic surgeon who will:
1. examine you and your breasts, look for symmetry or lack of symmetry, look for possible droop that might need a breast lift and will carefully measure your chest diameter to match that to the diameter of implants for you (like getting the right shoe size)
2. Discuss your specific "goal look" because there are implants to make more natural as well as fuller than natural looks. You need the correct implant profile chosen to get the "look" desired.
3. Look and a large number of the surgeon's photos demonstrating all possible looks in someone relatively like you.
4. Try implant sizers on that match the proper implants for you.
5. Most top surgeons use the crease incision and go under the muscle. Armpit has mostly gone away.
Finally, prppare for recovery and do EVERYTHING the surgeon tells you to do and not do to get the best result.
