Should I Stop Taking Propecia/ Finasteride After Gynecomastia Surgery?

I recently had gynecomastia surgery and it turned out well. 500 cc's per side of fat was removed and very little breast tissue. I've also been on Propecia for 10+ years. Would I be correct to assume that because the gynecomastia was fat based that it would less likely for 'man boobs' to return as a result of future Propecia use? Does anyone think that the excess fat in my chest could of been caused by Propecia or does Propecia only stimulate breast tissue growth? Thank you for your response
