Is there much size difference in 330 cc and 420 cc? Thinking of a revision. (photos)

I had a uplift and implants 7 months ago with 420 cc over the muscle, they have dropped dramatically within the last few months and my cleavage is like it was before I had them done. I have seen my surgeon who is happy to re do my breasts. He has said he can re lift them and tighten them up or he can change implant to 330cc under the muscle. I am just worried incase this happens again if re done but I am also considered that the 330cc might look too small ?

hello louisa12 It’s important to know what size bra you currently wear. Is it a 32, 
34, 36 bra, and, of course, the cup size? The strap size is important to
 know because that affects the diameter of the cup and subsequently the 
diameter of the breast implant that we choose. We also need to know your
 height, your weight, and it’s helpful to know your dress size as well.
In addition, it would be very helpful if you include photos of 
yourself. A front view, a side view, and a three-quarter view are most 
helpful. This will let us see if there are any breast asymmetries, if 
the breasts are narrow, if the breasts are wide, what your chest wall 
looks.
Breast Implant Sizing (generalization for most patients)
32A to 32C needs about 250-275cc34A to 34C needs about 300-350cc36A to 36C needs about 350-400cc #size #implants

Hello,Modern understanding of best practices suggests implants should be sub pectoral to minimize the risk of bacterial contamination. You appear to have the classic star gazing nipples so often gotten from a lollypop lift. You will likely need conversion to an anchor incision, and replacement of implants to under the muscle.  Issues regarding size of implant can be determined by in office sizing.  If your surgeon isn't an ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specializes in revision breast surgery, you should get a second opinion from a few who are.
