Turning 32 & really hate my face in profile, would appreciate advice?

I reality hate my profile and it makes me really self conscious. Feels like a different person than from the front. I’m turning 32 this year, but when I see myself from the side, it makes me feel like I’m turning 52 rather, I just have trouble pinpointing what it is that makes me hate it so much, and would appreciate all the advice I can get.

You have good cheekbones and support in your upper face. You have great contour in your cheeks. I would recommend a genioplasty. Your chin is "short" compared to the rest of your face, and by bringing your chin down, we would create better facial balance. In doing so, it would elongate your jawline and reduce the jowling. It would tighten the skin on the lower portion of your face, creating more contour and definition. The entire procedure is done through your mouth so there are no external incisions (no outside scarring). Based on your picture, it looks like you would be a good candidate for facial fillers to treat the nasolabial folds and mouth frowns. Over time, as we age, we naturally lose volume in certain areas of the face, including the cheeks, around the mouth, and in the nasolabial folds. This volume loss can contribute to the deepening of facial lines and folds. Fillers are made of substances such as hyaluronic acid (HA) or calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), which can be injected into these areas to restore lost volume.
