Hello !Restylane is a type of dermal filler that is commonly used to treat wrinkles and facial volume loss. The pyriform aperture is the bony opening on each side of the nasal cavity that is located at the base of the nose. While Restylane is generally considered safe and effective for use in certain areas of the face, such as the cheeks, lips, and nasolabial folds, the use of Restylane in the pyriform aperture is not a commonly accepted practice. The area around the pyriform aperture is delicate and sensitive, and injecting filler into this area could potentially cause complications such as obstruction of the nasal airway, infection, or damage to surrounding structures. It is important to consult with a qualified and experienced medical professional, such as a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, to determine if Restylane or any other type of dermal filler is appropriate for your specific needs and goals.Best of luck !
Hello sincere2022xoxo:#Restylane and #RestylaneLyft do a very good job of lifting the nasolabial furrows above the pyriform aperture. I also like #Voluma and #RHA4 because of the much longer duration. Any swelling you might get would be very deep and you would not be able to see it. If HA fillers were used during your treatment you can have them dissolved with hyaluronidase. It may take more than one treatment to completely dissolve them. If you choose not to, the filler will dissolve gradually over time. Always see an expert injector for treatment.
